Take 2 table spoons of rice and add them to 1 cup of water in a pan. Place the pan over stove and let the rice cook for 3 minutes. After that strain the rice but also preserve the rice water. Now take 2 tablespoon of rice water and put three table spoon of cooked rice in it. Now add 1 table spoon each of honey and warm milk.
