Acupressure Points for Pimple and Acne Free Skin in 15-30 days

 Introduction

Stimulation of acupressure points has amazing muscle relaxing and healing properties for the body. Acupressure points have been used for centuries in Chinese Traditional Therapies. Point 1:

The first point is on both the hands where the index finger and the thumb meet. This is a natural point which if stimulated regularly has the ability to reduce blemishes and pimples from your skin and gives it an extra glow. This is a natural way to avoid acne and pimples.

Apply the fenugreek seed on the paper tape and put it on the inner side of elbow joints. Stimulate the point before and after removing the tape. Repeat this procedure also for 15-30 days for desirable results.

Green tea

Zinc Rich Food
