How to get Slim and Smart nose without surgery or makeup: Home Remedy

 Introduction

When it comes to beauty and appearance, a slim nose is a desire for every woman and girl of this century. There are certain solutions in the market like surgery, but they are too expensive and come with various side effects. In this article we are going to reveal home remedy for getting a slim and smart nose naturally. 


Ingredients

  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Tooth Paste 

Procedure

The procedure is simple which is a combination of applying a homemade mixture and doing a 5 minute routine exercise for the nose, 

1) Mixture

Take a bowl and add 1 tea spoon apple cider vinegar and 1 tea spoon toothpaste. Mix the contents until they form a unified mixture. Apply this mixture with any facial brush or finger over the fatty area of your nose. Leave this mixture on for 20 minutes. After that you can wash it off with cold water or remove it using a cotton pad soaked in vinegar. Repeat this procedure along with the following exercises daily until the best results are achieved. 

2) Exercises

There are a few simple exercises for the nose to make it slim and smart. However, you should not expect sudden changes rather you have  to exercise at least for week before expecting progress. The function of these exercises is to provide work out for the muscles around the nose. If you provide small work outs routines for the nose which are almost 5 minutes each, you will get the best results. 

Exercise 1

Make a surprised face 'O' expression with your mouth and keep it in this position tightly. Place the index fingers of both the hands, one on each nostril. Push the nostrils halfway inward while continuously breathing and blowing air out of your nostrils. Repeat this exercise 3-5 times daily. 

Exercise 2

A smile can say a thousand words, but a smile can do much more. In this simple exercise all you need to do is smile and hold it. Now place your index finger on the tip from below and then push the tip of nose upwards. This exercise will really help in making your nose slimmer. Push the tip 20 times in each set one in the morning and one in the afternoon. 

Exercise 3

Start by placing you index finger or the thumbs on the upper bridge of your nose such that it is completely covered. Now apply pressure over the area for 10 seconds. Repeat this 20 times a day. This exercise will give you a balanced and slim shaped nose.  

Exercise 4

Sit comfortably and block one of your nostrils while inhaling through the other one and hold it in this position for  5 seconds. Repeat this for the other nostril as well. Similarly, for each nostril while blocking one, try exhaling air through the nostrils. Hold it and exhale for  seconds. Do 3 sets of this exercise with 10 inhales or exhales each time. 

Conclusion

Although surgeries can be a solution for getting a slimmer nose but it is an expensive and risky treatment. Exercising the nose muscles can effect the shape of the nose in a great magnitude.
